Densham & Moreira is a multi-disciplinary professional practice whose primary areas of activity are building surveys, property valuations and project management work for residential and commercial properties. In addition, the company also undertakes instructions relating to planning advice, building disputes and other property related matters. Densham & Moreira is based in the Algarve and the majority of its work is within the region although the company does undertake survey and valuation work throughout Portugal.

The company was formed in 2003 by Peter Densham MRICS and Pedro Moreira to create an integrated property advice company offering a spectrum of services never before available under one roof in the Algarve. The company has grown quickly with an impressive portfolio of private and corporate clients.
