Planning enquiries and advice - The company provides advice for developers and those wishing to alter properties carrying out formal planning enquiries when necessary.

Energy certificates - Since January 2009, it has been a legal requirement to obtain an ‘Energy Performance Certificate’ for all houses and apartments in Portugal. This becomes an issue when an owner wishes to sell as the property cannot be conveyed without a valid certificate. Our company has its own qualified Engineer who is entitled to inspect and prepare certificates. We can provide this service as an adjunct to our Pre-Purchase Surveying function, or separately. Our rates are competitive and we would be pleased to provide you with a quotation upon request.

Snagging – The company provides a stand alone snagging service which is separate from our Project Management functions. Snagging lists are always provided in both Portuguese and English.

Topographical/land surveys – The company can arrange for the production of scale plans of sites of any size. This service includes simple site measurements or full surveys with contours and all features mapped.

Resolution of building disputes - The company has considerable experience in this area and believes that professional mediation can often result in a quick resolution to any potential disputes.
