The in-house multi-lingual team includes qualified engineers and qualified architects who can act on behalf of the client throughout the construction process.

During construction, the work can include any or all of the following:

• advice on building contracts
• preparing detailed building specification to meet requirements and budgets of the client
• frequent site visits to check on progress
• regular checks on quality of workmanship and materials being used
• monthly progress reports to client complete with photographs
• advice on technical issues including heating systems, renewable energy systems, intelligent house systems, etc
• a final inspection, preparation of the necessary snagging list and monitoring progress of the works on the snagging list
