Peter Densham MRICS
Peter Densham became a student member of RICS in 1968 and after three years at University enjoyed various posts in England; these included Valuation Surveyor, Industrial Development Surveyor and Commercial Manager.
In 1981, Peter relocated to Portugal and worked in conjunction with the largest firm of Estate Agents in the region, within the professional department. The duties here included valuation and development appraisals together with construction supervision and monitoring. In 1991, Peter started his own business as a sole practitioner which grew steadily over a period of 10 years.
In 2002, Pedro Moreira joined the company and took over the majority of the Project Management work. Densham & Moreira Lda., was formed in 2003 and since then Peter has continued to undertake and oversee the general practice side of the company.
The work routinely includes Pre-Purchase Condition Surveys, Valuations of individual properties and development sites for Banks, Developers and private individuals.

Pedro Moreira directs the project management side of the business, this encompasses tenders and proposals and overseeing the fine and technical details during the construction stages of all projects.
Pedro’s property career began in the Algarve in 1999 with a leading estate agent, this provided him with a profound experience to manage all aspects of a busy office: rentals, customer service and accounts. At the same company Pedro moved into sales and later project management of a luxury project. He undertook further professional studies including property valuations, this experience led him to join Peter Densham’s private practice from 2001 to 2003, which later went on to become Densham & Moreira Lda.
Pedro is fluent in Portuguese, English and German and also speaks some Spanish, Italian and French.
Projects have ranged private individual villas to large urbanizations including: 17 Townhouses for BANIF Imopredial; 37 Townhouses for Greenalley represented by two Irish Developers; 30 detached villas and 47 town houses for Quinta do Vale Lda. in Almancil; various luxury villas in Quinta do Lago; various Luxury Villas in Vila Sol; villas in Penina and other projects in Albufeira, Paragil, Loulé and Lagos.
